Modal Silk is created from plant-based cellulose fiber made from beech tree extract and is spun manually. The fabric is perfect for Everyday use or Festive Clothing. • Eco-Friendly: Modal fabric is made from sustainably-sourced plant-based fiber and is biodegradable. This makes it a great choice for eco-friendly, sustainable fashion. As the production process for Modal takes 10-20 times less water it is considered a better alternative to cotton
• Recyclable: The fabric is also recyclable, so it can be turned into new fabrics when it has reached the end of its life

The only drawback is it is costlier than Cotton as the processing of Modal Silk is more strenuous and is done manually. But then since it lasts much longer and can be worn in all seasons and is environment friendly too, Modal Silk is an admirable addition to your wardrobe even at a slightly higher price!
